Missing millions and a gruesome murder

By Willard Roper/Tony James Features – Timesofoman.com

January 30, 2014

Amy Bosley was the archetypal American dream wife…attractive, kind and funny, a devoted mother, a valued business partner to her husband, an untiring charity worker and community stalwart in the small town of Campbell, Kentucky.
But that dream became a nightmare at dawn on a May morning in 2005 when 38-year-old Amy rang police in floods of tears to report that an intruder had broken into their holiday cabin, fatally shot her husband, terrified their two young children and was still lurking somewhere in the house Patrol cars rushed to the remote luxury cabin deep in woodland in Campbell County — and found a scene of appalling violence.
Bob Bosley, a 41-year-old businessman, was lying dead on the bed in the master bedroom, his body torn by at least seven revolver bullets. The room and the rest of the cabin, had been ransacked – possessions and clothes strewn around the doors and windows broken.
Indeed, surveying the wreckage, one hardened detective muttered to a colleague: “This is overkill…No intruder would kill the guy like this and then destroy the place.”
The Bosleys’ two sons, Trevor, nine, and Morgan, six, asleep in a first-floor loft bedroom had not been harmed although they had been woken by the commotion and told to stay in their room by their mother.
Police searched the house and grounds, but no intruder was found. Amy Bosley in a state of shock, was taken to the house of friends.
“It was a very bloody scene,” Detective Dave Fickensecher said later. “You could see bullet-holes everywhere. The once immaculate cabin was a shambles. Whatever had gone on was extremely violent.”
Sniffer dogs were brought in but failed to find anything and helicopters searched the heavily-wooded area look anyone resembling Amy Bosley’s description of “a white guy in his thirties, very tall and with a pointed very mean face.” But no one was found.
Not surprisingly the case was headline news for in the town of Campbell, Bob and Amy Bosley were the nearest they had to royalty. They owned a million-dollar roofing business, had sports cars, horses, their own plane and a 50-ft motor-yacht. They also planned to build a castle-like mansion on their 35-acre estate.
It was on this land, mainly remote woods, that the Bosleys had built their weekend retreat, a luxury cabin, which was now the scene of the first murder in Campbell County for more than 15 years.
About the only piece of evidence detectives had was a transcript of the initial emergency call, made at 5am in which Amy Bosley said: “Someone is breaking into my house. What can I do? Help me, help me.”
Then, before the dispatcher could reply, Amy cried: “Oh my God, he’s shot my husband. He’s shot Bob. I think he’s still in the house.” He wasn’t. But that didn’t mean he was not still in the Campbell area and mounting panic gripped the community. Locals fearing that a crazed killer was on the loose kept their children at home from school the following days.
Said a neighbour, Bobby Wahoff: “I can’t believe what’s happened. Bob was the nicest guy you could find. He would give you the shirt off his back if he had to.”
The day after the murder, police chief Keith Hill told the media:” We believe that a white male suspect entered the Bosley cabin through the back door which was broken.
“The strange thing is that nothing appears to be missing and no gun or shell casings have been found. We have no motive at this time and no explanation as to why Bob Bosley was killed.
At the same press conference, Amy Bosley made a tearful statement in which she said:”We have every faith in the police department and the investigation to find this killer. We are helping the authorities in every way we can. “Unfortunately as of now all I can remember is that I woke up and was on the floor. I heard shots and I saw a man leave the house.”
Soon afterwards police investigations began to reveal that the Bosley marriage had not been as idyllic as Amy claimed it to be. Bob spent most weekends on his boat on nearby Lake Cumberland holding parties at which most of the guests were women.
Friends said that Bob would be on the lake for days at a time and refuse to tell Amy who he was with and when he would be back. But not all the Bosley’s secrets concerned Bob’s extramarital affairs. A close study of the finances of the roofing company of which Amy was financial director, showed that the apparently booming enterprise was going bust.
Amy it seemed, was destroying the business by embezzling nearly $2 million which should have been paid to the IRS tax authorities. “Our case is that she was destroying his business to get even with him for being unfaithful,” prosecutor Michelle Snodgrass was later to tell a court.
And Bob’s sister Debbie Webb was to recall: “Amy once told me that if Bob was ever unfaithful to her or left her she would shoot him.I didn’t take this seriously but it lingered in the back of my mind.”
Suddenly suspicion fell on tragic wife Amy Bosley but she vehemently denied having anything to do with the crime.”I loved Bob, despite any problems we had,” she told detectives.
“We didn’t have a perfect marriage -who does? – but he was the father of my children and I had no reason to shoot him.” But the police didn’t believe her and three days later Amy was arrested and charged with murder. When she appeared before Judge John Stine and a jury at Campbell County courthouse, prosecutor Snodgrass claimed that a police search of the cabin had found Amy’s handbag hidden in the back a cupboard. It contained a Glock handgun from her husband’s collection.
But defence attorney Jim Morgan said that as no ammunition had been found there was no evidence that the weapon was the one used to kill Bob Bosley.
He told the jury: “There were no witnesses, no DNA evidence and the possibility of another killer can’t be ruled out because Bob Bosley had made many enemies through his business dealings.” It was then that prosecutor Snodgrass produced her trump cards: the two Bosley children. Interviewed by child experts they had made statements saying that the glass in the back door had been shattered AFTER the murder — to make it look like a break-in.
“The first thing that woke the kids were the gunshots,” Michelle Snodgrass told the jury.”They heard the glass breaking after the gunshots. This testimony was crucial but as no one wanted the children, now living with their grandparents, to be forced to give evidence against their mother, the prosecution offered a plea-bargain involving a lighter sentence to save the youngsters from testifying.
Amy Bosley changed her plea to guilty and was gaoled for a minimum of 17 years. But the Bosley family were not happy and let her know their feelings. Bob’s brother James told her:”You can walk out of gaol, dig up the loot we believe you stole from my brother’s business and live the rest of your life in luxury.
“All we hope is that every night you see the face of my brother and the tear-stained faces of your children who have been turned into orphans and who saw horrors that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

A Double Life, Missing Millions and Murder

By Joseph Diaz – ABCnews.go.com

September 4, 2007

Amy and Bob Bosley were like local royalty — they owned a million-dollar roofing business and were active volunteers in their community. But a phone call one spring morning would devastate their Campbell County, Ky., domain.

“Someone is breaking into my house,” Amy frantically told a 911 dispatcher. “Oh my God, he shot my husband!” she exclaimed.

Police rushed to the scene and discovered the Bosleys’ cabin in shambles. The back door was broken in, shattered glass was everywhere and in the bedroom they found Bob Bosley dead — shot seven times. As family and friends wondered who could have committed such a grisly murder in their small community, especially against someone as popular as Bob, his wife, Amy, the only eyewitness, was forced to expose the most intimate details of their marriage to police.
Detectives questioned Amy about rumors of the couple’s allegedly open marriage. They also asked her about Lake Cumberland — a beautiful place to relax, drink, and do things you might not do at home — where Bob would spend weekends cruising around on his boat.
Amy revealed that Bob kept secrets from her and would disappear to Lake Cumberland for days at time. “He liked to have a lot of women and have big parties on his boat,” said county prosecutor Michelle Snodgrass. The lake is notorious for wild parties; when “Primetime” visited, some women were going topless for Mardi Gras beads.
During their investigation, police uncovered graphic photographs of Bob with other women. They were able to confirm at least one extramarital affair but Detective Dave Fickenscher doesn’t think that was the couple’s biggest issue. “The big secret was the financial downfall of the business,” he said.
The Money Trail
For years Bob had built up his chimney sweep and roofing business, eventually turning it into somewhat of a local empire with Amy right beside him handing the bookkeeping. But during the investigation into the murder, poli

Bosley’s Kentucky home

Brenda Andrew

Update Death Death Penalty Reversed
Good looking woman right? Don’t be fooled this lying bitch will cut your dick off. Or at least I imagine and so would you after you read this.
She was a stay at home mom and a Sunday school teacher. Once she almost hit 40 (looks a lot younger than 40 there) she started to have a mid life crisis. Her and her husband Rob were having issues. She was having an affair with some fucking dorky looking insurance agent named James Pavatt. Pavatt went to the same church as the Andrew’s. Like this Pavatt guy looks like a child molester troll. If you seen him walking with Brenda you would assume she worked with retards and she was taking him out on a day pass. (I’ll add a picture of him on the bottom). To top it off this wasn’t one of the only affairs that Brenda had. She was banging a bank employee and also some young guy at a grocery store. Apparently she use to wear tight shirts and low cut skirts to shop there.
The Crime: One night on November 20th, 2001 in an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma suburb Brenda phoned

Rob to come pick up the kids. Brenda then told Rob that the furnace pilot light in the garage needed to be fixed. When Rob went down to fix it. Pavatt came out behind the van in the garage he was hiding behind and shot Rob with a 16 gauge shotgun. Brenda then grabbed the gun from Pavatt and shot him. Rob grabbed a bag of empty cans to protect himself. I know it sounds dumb and useless but he was probably in shock. Then to make it look like Brenda and Rob were the victims, Pavatt shot Brenda in he arm with a .22 calibre pistol. Brenda then called 911 and told them that her husband had been shot to death and she was wounded. She blamed it on two unknown gunmen.
But this was not the first Attempt on Rob’s life. About a month before the murder Rob’s break lines in his car were cut. Rob was told their was an emergency with Brenda and went to the hospital. At that time he never got hurt realised it may of been Brenda and that is when he yanked the wench of his policy.
Rob use to have Brenda as his beneficiary on his life insurance policy, worth almost 1 million dollars. But since she was sucking Pavatt’s cock he changed her off. The insurance policy was through none other than the company that Pavatt owned. So it got changed before they killed Rob.

Brenda Andrew: (Born December 16th, 1963) She grew up in a christian household in the small town of Enid, Oklahoma. She use to twirl the baton (that sounds fucking useless) and she didn’t smoke or drink. How the fuck could you have sex with James Pavatt if you didn’t drink? Most women would need a truck load of gin to even talk to that ugly fuck. She was a great student and got good grades. You think she would know better.
Her and Rob were high school sweethearts. They had 2 children Tricity (11) and Parker(7) and lived in an Oklahoma City suburb at the end of a cul-du-sac

James Pavatt: James Pavatt was in the air force and served in South East Asia at one time. He was married to some zipper head named Suk Hui Pavatt for nine years. Since her eyes are almost always closed she probably couldn’t see how ugly he was. Pravatt was described by coworkers as being cold and manipulative.
Aftermath: Police did question Brenda after Rob’s death but did not make an arrest. They were suspicious of her but did not have any probable cause. On the day of Rob’s funeral Brenda and Pavatt fucked off and went into Mexico with her 2 children in tow. Warrants were issued and they were arrested immediately when trying to re enter the US 3 months later (Because they ran out of money).
Sentencing: Both Brenda and Pravatt were sentenced to death. Brenda is the only women in Oklahoma currently on death row. Brenda still claims she is innocent.

Erika and Benjamin Sifrit

Erika and Benjamin Sifrit

The Crime

On May 25th, 2002 the Sifrits both 24 at the time they met a couple while vacationing in Ocean City, Maryland. They were Joshua Ford and Martha Crutchley. After going out and partying at a local bar the Sifrit’s invited them back to their rented condo. According to court records. The couple invited them back to their rental condo and then killed them. There are also rumours BJ sat in a hot tub with Ford’s and Crutchley’s heads floating in it.
After luring the couple into their rental they claimed that Erika’s purse was stolen. This was after a night when they befriended them. BJ then pulled a gun on Ford and shot him in the bathroom 4 times. Crutchley was stabbed to death. They hucked their remains in dumpsters all over town.

Erika Elaine Sifrit (née Grace; born February 3, 1978) in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania: Is some flat chested ugly chick who

is currently going to spend the rest of her life in jail. She is in Patuxent Institution in Jessup, Maryland. She is an only child born to a very well to do off family. She was an honor student and basketball star at Mary Washington College. Her and Ben married in 1998 at 20 years old.
After her and Ben married they opened up a Scrapbook store in Erika’s home town of Altoona, Pennsylvania. Due to the fact that she is ugly and has tic tac tits she got little to no media attention. If any man got a boner over her they would be the same type of person who liked little boys. Hence see her boyfriend below. She married the dipshit when both were 20 years old.
Back to those invisible tits fuck. You own a scrap book store. Rip some pages out of a book and stuff like a 12 year old girl at least. This woman is an erection killer.

Benjamin Adam “BJ” Sifrit (born October 21, 1977): Is a former marine who is probably currently
getting butt fucked by some big nigger named Bubba. Has to pay rent at his new home he has at Roxburry Correctional Facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. If this fuck head wouldn’t of got caught breaking into a Hooters store with his flat chested wife he may of got away. Some may think maybe they broke into the Hooters restaurant to find Erika some tits. He eloped with the little boy or Erika whatever in Vegas. He also got kicked out of the military. No one knows why exactly but I imagine his attraction to little boys looking like Erika may of been the problem.

The club in Ocean City where the couples met.

They made #6 on List Verse’s Killer Couples. The Kill Seekers

Benjamin Sifrit was an ex–Navy Seal who had a swastika tattoo and owned snakes named HIV, Bonnie, Clyde, and Hitler. His wife, Erika, had been an athlete and academic dynamo growing up and later ran a scrapbook store with her husband. It was an odd pairing with tragic results.
At some point in their marriage, killing became a game with simple rules. While hanging out with another couple in Ocean City, Maryland, Erika would pretend that she’d been robbed. Her husband would produce a gun to scare the other couple. Insufficient submissiveness resulted in death.
That, investigators believe, was how Joshua Ford and Martha Crutchley died. In 2002, the Sifrits shot, dismembered, and even debated eating the couple.

Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson
On September 2nd, 2003 Sarah Johnson of Bellvue, Idaho brutally murdered her parents in their home. The apparent motive. The parents Diane and Allan had an issue with 16 year old Sarah dating her 19 year old boyfriend Bruno Santos.
Sarah walked into her parents bedroom at about 6:30 in the morning with a winchester rifle which she stole from the guest house out back (the tenant was away). She then shot her mother in the head while she was sleeping. Than her father came out of the shower in the bedroom and then she shot him.
She wore a bathrobe, shower cap, and gloves when she committed the murders. She threw the robe and gloves in the garbage can outside after flushing the shower cap down the toilet. Then went over to a neighbours house claiming that an intruder broke in and killed her parents while she was sleeping. The problem with her stories to detectives is they were different every time.
A big motive investigators believed was that her parents did not want her to date her boyfriend Bruno Santos. Santos was 19 and Sarah was 16 and her parents thought of Santos as a loser. Allan even threatened to call the police on Santos for having sex with an underage girl. Which would of led to his deportation as he was in the US illegally.

Bruno Santos: Bruno was an illegal alien living in the US from Mexico. He was first thought to be involved in the murder but was later proven to have nothing to do with it. Bruno was a high school dropout and drug dealer who lived in a poor neighbourhood. He lived with his mother, sister, and brother in law. After the murders Santos was convicted of drug crimes. Santos sold half a pound of crystal meth to an undercover cop.
Arrest: The police found in the garbage can outside the Johnson home the bathrobe and latex gloves that Sarah had used to commit the murders on her parents. When Sarah’s DNA came back inside the latex glove police arrested her. She was arrested on October 30th, 2003. Sarah also had DNA from blood splatter belonging to her mother on her socks she wore the morning of the murder.
Sentencing: Sentenced to two life sentences plus 10 years without the possibility of parole on June 30th, 2005.
In court Sarah’s brother Matt testified about there was constant bickering between Sarah and Diane.

In December of 2010 Sarah Johnson requested a new trial. Her request was denied.

The Johnson’s back in happier times.

Big bad Bruno got arrested for trafficking meth in 2011.
The former boyfriend of convicted murderer Sarah Johnson will spend time in prison after being sentenced Monday to 14 years in the state penitentiary for selling methamphetamine last year to an Idaho State Police undercover detective.
Bruno Santos, 27, will be required to spend eight years in prison before parole eligibility. Once released from custody, Santos could be deported to Mexico. LINK

Clear Lake Massacre

Clear Lake Massacre

Crimes: On July 18th, 2003 Christine Paolilla (17) and her boyfriend Christopher Snider (Both heroin addicts) entered a home in Clear Lake, Texas (Tiffany Rowell) and fatally shot 4 of her friends inside. The weapons they used were a 9mm semi automatic pistol and a 38-calibre revolver. It made national headlines in the US known as “The Clear Lake Murders”.
The victims in the house were Tiffany Rowell, Rachael Koloroutis, Marcus Precella, and Adelbert Sanchez. They were all shot multiple times. Koloroutis tried to call 911 and was repetedly struck in the head with a gun by Paolilla. After the beating with the butt of the gun Paolilla apparently shot Koloroutis in the crotch. Police also stated that they noticed extreme overkill in the female victims.
An hour after the murders Snider drove Christine to her job at Walgreens.
The crimes went unsolved for over three years. Until an annoymous tipster who phoned in changed that. A man who Paolilla went to drug rehab with stated he met a woman there. This woman was braging about how she killed 4 people.

Christine Marie Paolilla (Born Mar 31st, 1986): Christine Paolilla was born in Long Island, NY. She developed alopecia at a young age which causes you to lose your hair. Which is hence why she has no eyebrows and wears wigs. She had poor eye sight and often had to wear thick coke bottle like glasses.   She was born to Charles a construction worker and Lori a stay at home mom. Christine’s father passed away when she was 2 years old. She also had an older brother. At a young age her mother began abusing drugs and Christine and her brother went to live with their grand parents.  Once her mother got clean and remarried Christine moved back in with her mother and moved to Clear Lake, texas which is a suburb of Houston.
Two of the more popular students at the school Rachael Kolorotuis and Tiffany Rowell befriended Christine in high school. The helped her improve her apperance and she was later named “Miss Irresistable” by her fellow students.
Christine was also known to be very jealous. Snider apparently even called the police on Christine several times. After a fight one night Christine spent the night outside of Snider’s family home. While doing so threatened to kill his family..
In March of 2005 Christine married a fellow heroin addict that she met in rehab named Justin Rott.
Christopher Lee Snider:
Committed suicide in August 2006 from overdosing on pain killers once he realized that the police were coming to capture him for the murders. At the time he was at his parents house in Greenville, South Carolina. Police found his decomposing body in the forrest near his parents house.

Capture: Paolilla and Snider split in 2004 when Snider went to jail for car theft. Paolilla entered rehab and met her husband Justin Rott.
On July 19th, 2006 Paolilla and Rott were in a hotel room in San Antonio, Texas when the police arrested her. Officers said the room was the grossest thing they have ever seen the room was full of drug paraphenilia and their was blood mist from syringes sprayed on the walls. There was 70 vials of heroin and over 100 syringes in the room when Paolilla was arrested.
Sentencing: On October 13, 2008 Paolilla was convicted of 4 counts of capital murder. Due to the fact that she was only 17 at the time of the murders she escaped the death penalty instead she got 40 years to life in prison.
Appeal: November 29th, 2008 Paolilla filed an appeal due to the fact that her court set her bail at $500,000 claiming the court abused its discretion.
Incarceration: Paolilla is currently at The Mountain View Unit in Gatesville, Texas. She will be eligible for parole in 2046.
