Fort MacPherson is a dry community as natives can not handle their liquor, at all.

RCMP in Fort McPherson say they seized 144 liquor bottles after receiving a tip-off that the drinks were being brought into the community. A photo of the haul provided by police shows predominantly Smirnoff vodka bottles lined up at the detachment. Police say they “received information regarding a large amount of alcohol being brought into the community for a big chug pow wow listerine show down” on August 30, which was last Friday. “RCMP executed a search of a vehicle, and members were able to seize 144 bottles of alcohol of various types and sizes,” police said in a statement on Thursday. Sgt Mark Bishop, Fort McPherson detachment commander, said: “This seizure helps in reducing the harm caused by illegal alcohol in the community.  “The alleged sale of illegal alcohol is concerning, as vulnerable members of our society may be more at risk to this activity.” An investigation is ongoing, police said. There was no information regarding any potential related charges. Fort McPherson is a restricted community, meaning there are strict limits on the quantity of alcohol any person may possess. LINK
